Maximize Your Full Potential.

what is t3?

T3 offers year-round play in a team tennis environment.

T3 was brought about out of necessity. On a T3 team, you’ll learn about unity, sportsmanship and how to work together to achieve success. You’ll also learn that success isn’t just about winning; it’s about how you play the game and respond to challenges. T3 is not meant to replace your individual training, clinics, or personal lessons. Players are encouraged to continue to take private lessons to improve technical aspects of their games. T3 is simply meant to enhance the athletes training to meet the team element that is missing when not training at an academy.

The t3 way.

T3 is made to teach young players about work ethic, sportsmanship and how to work together to support your team. T3 is goal focused with an emphasis on how you play the game and respond to challenges. We want to build strong, confident people... not just tennis players.

commitment +
attitude

This means showing up to practice with a good attitude, traveling to tournaments, cheering your teammates on and supporting them both on and off the court. Attitude is key to success. Being a team player, working hard and learning how to lose (or win) graciously is a big part of T3.

parent
involvement

It takes a village and we know that not everyone is a seasoned tennis player, but we do know that every parent has something useful they can bring to the table. Whether you have the best stretching exercises or you are a fitness fanatic and have insight on footwork drills or nutrition, find a way to contribute to your T3 teams development.

Tournament
competition

Commit to competing in tournaments both locally and out of town. We understand schedules don't always align but making an effort to compete with your team will give you the full T3 experience!

T3 team
training

Training with your team is an important part of this process. We want our T3 kids to find a T3 Practice Pod (4-6 kids) and practice together at least 1x week. Get involved in our T3 Matchplay Days, T3 Team Days and T3 Tournaments too!

Individual
training

This is important. T3 is not meant to replace your individual training. Continue to work with your coaches, train at your club clinics, sign up for extra footwork classes, etc.

journaling +
tracking

Journaling is an amazing tool that we utilize in T3. Tracking matches, goals, successes and failures help you to see how you've grown or what you still need to work on.
